Books for MS - living better with Multiple Sclerosis

When I was diagnosed in 2001 with MS there were maybe two books out there on how to live better or at least how to better understand this disease.  Today there are many options from diet, lifestyle, stories and guides to help track your symptoms.  

These are my original, non-endorsed thoughts.
